Lunar Registry

Every parcel of land on the Moon — its boundary, its surface and mineral owner, its status, and the full history of how it got there. Public and read-only.

Blocks and parcels. A block is a surveyed square of the Moon, 6.4 km on a side (about 10,000 acres), at a fixed location. A parcel is a piece of a block that someone owns. A new block starts as one parcel; as land is sold or divided, a block can hold many parcels with different owners.

Each parcel has a record. Search for a parcel, or click a block on the lunar map, then open a parcel to see its plat map, boundary, both owners, and its history: every grant, sale (with its price), division and merge, each with a recording number.

Each dot is one block (about 10,000 acres). Click a dot to list its parcels. The map shows roughly where each block is; the parcel record is the authoritative description of its boundary.

Flat (equirectangular) projection: longitude −180° to 180° left to right, latitude 90°N to 90°S top to bottom. Dot size shows how many parcels are in that block.
